White Space Explained + How to Get More of It

Do you ever have that feeling where you’re so overwhelmed, and the world is going so fast around you, that you kinda just burn out and stop. You can feel the time passing you by, but just exhausted by the amount of work you’ve taken on you don’t feel well anymore? I found myself in this position a lot over the past few months. I had taken on additional work and trying to over deliver on promises. My calendar was filled to the brim, each minute accounted for. Because if I was going to maintain thriving relationships, sustained peak performance at work, a good body through working out, and healthy pets who need attention and walks. I should have known that only have one to one and half hours to myself per day, which were usually taken up by eating dinner and watching some tv, wasn’t going to lead to a fulfilled life.
